Amy was pure in heart. Her soul was innocent as of a child’s. When Amy smiled, her blue eyes smiled. Most of all she loved all baby’s, children, and animals. Amy and her family mostly grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Amy loved the desert and intense storms. Amy’s favorite band was Led Zeppelin. She was a daddy’s girl and loved him dearly. Her daddy, David Alan Brown was robbed and murdered by two gunman, two guns, two bullets, two days before her 11th birthday. Amy never quite got over it. Shortly afterwords Amy’s mother, Leslie Ann Brown had a heart attack. Amy was placed in foster care by DCFS in a ministers home with her younger brother Adam. Both of them were sexually molested by the baby sitter, the ministers 15 year old son! Amy and Adam were both awarded an eighty thousand structured settlement a piece. Later in life Amy had a beautiful son name Keenan. She loved him so much! In her 20’s and still have not healed from this pain. Her life has been one addiction after another and for once in her life she was going to face her past so she could move on.
We admitted Amy into a hospital late December, 2001. Florida’s CPS Lisa Howey Rigby, a devil’s advocate, court ordered me to satins court by twisting the truth and Amy was robbed from her only beloved son. She was very loving and such a great mom to her baby son. They tried their best to erase Keenan’s mom Amy from his memory, against their own psychologist’s advise. It never worked and Keenan never quit crying out for his mom. Keenan saw his mom in court in shackles in the spring of 2002. He has never been the same since that day. She needed medical attention, not shackles! Keenan’s mom always tried to contact us. I feared they would take our 6 year old away and place him in their evil system. Our human rights were violated and court ordered against all hope for Amy to heal and get well. Amy was banned from all love and family support and thrown away like trash to die. The court = judge Marci Goodman banned her from loving family, drove her to homeless, forced into prostitution just to survive , fell deep into depression, etc.. She slit her own throat! She once sang to me along with a song she felt contagious. She was far from that I told her with a hug. She always had both of us but was court ordered by Judge Marci L Goodman not allowing even phone calls with her.
She realize there are sick people out there and she couldn’t keep punishing herself for something she is not responsible for. Amy was so brave that in 2007 she took a weekly injection in her stomach to try and get well, all alone. She began loosing her hair. Her red blood cell count became very low. Amy didn’t qualify financially to receive the treatment to bring her white blood cell count back up. I call this malpractice! She couldn’t take it any longer. It tore her body apart. The doctor discontinued her treatments. Through out the years Keenan was treated in a barbaric fashion for crying out for his mom. Prosecutor Catina Wilson maliciously prosecuted him for years since a tender age of 8 years old. If he was so competent to be trained and tried like a criminal, then he was competent and bright enough to visit his mom, to hold her, to have many memories and all hope for her to get well! So much time was lost between all of us. There were a few short reunions.
October, 31st, 2008, in Judge Marci L Goodman’s chambers, she stated to Keenan, now 13 years old, while he was in an orange jumpsuit and fully shackled, “what do you want me to do about your mom”?, Keenan replied, “I want to be able to talk to her anytime”. Keenan was escorted out of chambers by a deputy, Goodman having a pathological hatred for Keenan and Amy placed a no contact order on her once again. Keenan and his mom had a lot of things to work out together. The court made him believe she abandoned him for all those years. Amy eventually found out about the October, 31st, 2008 no contact order against her and her only child. Most likely it drove her into deep depression. She tried calling several times around and before Christmas. I believe she did talk with Keenan a few times. I’m not sure because he will not talk about it to anyone.
The last memory Keenan and I have of Amy is August, 28th, 2008, Amy crying at the Greyhound bus station as we drove away. She didn’t want to leave but Amy had to get all her belongings out of her apartment. I almost drove back but I didn’t, and will regret that night for life! On Christmas Morning 2008 Amy passed away by a lethal overdose of heroin and cocaine which caused a counter reaction to her weak heart. I had judge Goodman on the phone that afternoon as soon as I was told the tragic heart breaking shocking news. I did not know the cause of death til 5 months later. It took Delaware investigators 5 months to determine the cause of death. The news was relayed to me by Amy’s mother. There were no needle tracks. Either Amy gave up on life not being able to be with Keenan for another Christmas, or she was murdered by the sick twisted freak weirdo Andrew Gardner that followed her across the country, everywhere, always giving and sending her money, possibly speed balled her so this sick dog could take advantage and be in total control. An enabler getting away with a very serious crime!
This was her way of survival she had learn thanks to Santa Rosa County, Florida, CPS, satins court. In 2008, Amy was with me for nearly 4 months, healthy, very fine and full of life. Amy told me and others she believes she was drugged by him a couple of times after drinking coffee. I’m assuming investigators wrote this case off because of her pass? I did inform investigators he gave three different stories to four different people where and how he found her. Red flags Delaware detectives!!!!!!!!!! Does this young mother need to be on super celebrity status, rich and famous as Michael Jackson or Anna Nichole Smith to deserve justice and make an arrest Delaware???
November 30th, 2008, Keenan faces judge Goodman, she tells Keenan she is sorry for his mom. Right after Catina Wilson recommends he be placed in a high risk juvenile prison for playing with an empty BB-gun with no cO2 cartridge. Keenan began to cry hard. His court appointed attorney and his probation officer raced to the bench. Lots of whispering occurred. Judge Goodman grants and allows us to leave the state of Florida, but to remain in their destructive clutches. I’ve been asking to leave Florida since 2005. January, 17th, 2008, Keenan and I go to Amy’s funereal, set up just for Keenan.
April, 2nd, 2008, Clayton, Missouri CPS abducts Keenan and forcibly drugs him at age 13. CPS, DJO Sarah Renschen in charge of all actions. Why is she not being arrested? September, 6th, 2008, Labor Day weekend, Keenan gets in trouble for mischief, arrested and charged with arson in Union, Missouri. Two young woman prosecutors in Union, Missouri with pure hatred for 13 year old Keenan, one prosecutor engineers he is a flight risk, just to keep him detained and emotionally tortured, not allowing a bereaved child to recover and live in normality. Both prosecutors work hard on extraditing Keenan back to Florida’s abusive system and possible death. The court of Union, Missouri psychologically tortures Keenan by keeping him locked away in a Franklin County detention center for two months and telling him he is to return to Florida. Union, Missouri drives Keenan into deep depression and attempts suicide by hanging using a sweater. Franklin County public defenders favors the prosecution. October, 19th, 2008, Keenan’s public defender states twice I need professional help, because I expect an adequate defense for my son, and strongly feel these government agents committing crimes against our children & families should be arrested, convicted and jailed.
October 20th, 2008, Keenan takes a plea deal, charge gets lowered from arson to burning, class D felony what was a 100.00 worth of damage including labor. Also his public stated she will take this to an appeals court to fight extradition. October 27th, 2008,a hearing in Union to decide Keenan’s fate. His public defender never filed the appeals process. A complaint against her actions was filed. A Union, Missouri judge orders Keenan to be extradited back to Florida, knowingly the threats to Keenan from Judge Goodman, and of the abuse and deaths of children in Florida. The word is that Judge Marci L Goodman will no longer be handling juvenile cases coming in mid January, 2010, but she will still handle dependency cases? It’s all so twisted. I urge the Florida JQC to disbar her permanently! She is a danger to children & families. That same morning October 27th, 2008, Judge Marci Goodman terminates all jurisdiction of Keenan. I received the information by making a phone call, fresh out of Judge Goodman’s chambers. A second hearing was called that same afternoon in Union. Union is baffled and in shock. Unions game of child torture backfires with cruel intent causing emotionally, physical damage, and the possibility of death to a child. Looks like Florida played a game with Missouri. I knew and stated from the get go that Florida never wanted Keenan. Union, Missouri’s deal to Florida was they offered to drop all charges if they would come and get him. Florida said no.
October, 27, 2008, A Union, Missouri judge orders Keenan to spend two more days in detention to decide Keenan’s fate. October 27th, 2008, “Keenan is free from Florida”, “forever”!!! “Our souls will never be free from Florida”!!! “It’s the last place we were with Amy, the last place we saw her alive and well”. The family support here from both sides was a complete joke. A friend of mine told me there is a woman that is a CNN investigated reporter that wouldn’t touch this case due Florida tainting this family. What kind of reporter are you? You need to step up to the plate and get both sides. Amy finally in peace???? It’s Christmas morning and raining. I feel its Amy pouring all her tears on the earth for what these evil people keep doing to her only son. Keenan wants snow. I know Amy will somehow have it snow a white Christmas for her only son.
October 29th, 2008, the judge in Union, Missouri sentence Keenan to a Missouri D.Y.S. program. Keenan spoke to the court about his mom, feeling the need for a grieving organization, and what he wanted to be in life. There was no mercy or compassion shown. He was sentence to Camp Avery in Troy Missouri. I visit Keenan every Sunday from 12-3pm. Camp Avery is a moderate risk facility. Most of the staff members are great people and very professional. The staff seem to be made up mostly woman that I have notice. Most of the staff at Camp Avery have a highly compassionate heart for all bad things Keenan has suffered. Camp Avery has given us a compassionate long extended 10.5 hour visit for Christmas. At Camp Avery there is no Florida thuggery or abuse of any kind what so ever. A teen fist fight is a normal process of growing up like it has been for centuries. The group of teens are in charge. Peers search the peers after a visit, not the adults. The staff are the most ultimate and professional people. I salute Camp Avery. Camp Avery is the most civil D.Y.S programs period.
“Dear Heavenly Father why did you take Amy away from us”? “Why”? It was almost a happy ending. I feel so empty without your presences on earth. I often feel the need to talk to you. There are times Amy visits me in my dreams. Sometime we are in a big house in a big room with some people, maybe family or friends? Other times its just her and I. No one sees her but me. She sees everyone. She sits across the room in a chair. She is very peaceful and content. We smile at each other. Keenan is content playing with friends. Keenan Knows she is here. We are all very happy. I dare not to approach her for she may vanish. I wake up so relaxed, peaceful and content, as if this nightmare never happened. But of course until I wake up, and slightly disturbed. Though your visits are not seldom enough. My dreams seem so real, very vivid. Please enter my dreams and visit me more often. Update: 1/7/2010 at 1633: I just received an urgent call from Camp Avery that Keenan is waiting to be transported to St Vincent De Paul, a psychiatric center, due to him having more suicidal thoughts and allegations of hurting others. St Vincent De Paul is the drugging facility where Sarah Renschen had him forcibly drugged after ordering the abduction of him April 2nd, 2009. Keenan is stating he now wants medication, drugs, dope, thinking it will help him. I his father is strictly against drugs period. Keenan is not going to open up, and cry is heart out about his mom in a facility where teens are there for crimes and act tough. There is one strange woman who worked at a convenient store in Pendleton, South Carolina in January of 2009 who told me of Keenan coming in daily crying is heart out about his mom. Was and is she the answer????? As I desperately told Union, Missouri, he needs a grieving organization, family and to continue to live in normality!
I was told October, 27th, 2008 by someone even Judge Marci Goodman and Catina Wilson agreed with all my decisions. “Guilty conscious Marci”??? Now Keenan wants to be put onto medication thereby generating money to the big pharma Co’s, because he can not deal with the separation from his mom who he loved so much. You Judge Marci L Goodman by abuse of power, forced separation upon these two for years, stolen their identity’s, made Keenan feel that his mom abandoned him all this time til the death of her! You violated our human rights for all hope for Amy to get well. You took that away from her. You have caused severe emotional damage to her only beloved son Keenan. URGENT Update: 1/12/2010: Dr James Edwards, St Vincent De Paul forcibly drugs Keenan once again by a needle injection of 20mg of Geodon, against my consent, without any knowledge of my son’s medical history, family background, and the Florida abuse and the injustice deliberate attack on my family. Geodon is used to treat schizophrenia and the manic symptoms of bipolar disorder, (not bereaved children)! Geodon may cause heart failure, sudden death, or pneumonia in older adults with dementia-related conditions.I have also been informed since 1/9/2010 he is being administered 50mg of Vyvanse once daily. The nurse I spoken with acts like force drugging children is as normal like parents who feed their children fruits & vegetables. The nurse stated drugs are no different than the police using a tazer. A nurse without a conscious out for her meal ticket. Well, can we say, Marsha Marsha Marsha, you are as normal as Adolf Hitler!
The forced injection by needle is due to an altercation with another kid. After the kid altercation subsisted, she states my son willingly and voluntarily took this injection? She tells me DCF is involved? If so, I will find out your identity and do whatever it takes to expose and to STOP this DCF social worker, legally! This is my God given child, not yours to drug or kill! It’s you, CPS, DCF monsters that destroyed him from the get-go beginning early 2002, violating our human rights to the death of his mother. It’s you, CPS that need the drugging, not our children! Most likely Clayton, and Union, Missouri are in on this together.
I spoken with Camp Avery’s assistant manager and Keenan’s case manager by phone on this serious issue and are willing to help STOP it. Missouri is notorious for drugging children and adults. Florida never forced drugged Keenan. CPS, its legal to drug children, but illegal to help and support our sick dearest love one stay clean from drugs = Amy. You are twisted freaks! “Stay far away from Keenan CPS“! Camp Avery, thanks so much for all your help, love, understanding and compassion for Keenan regarding our family tragedy. Keenan will not be forced to take Vyvanse. The Vyvanse was Keenan’s choice and is confirmed Keenan may discontinue use of Vyvanse at any time.
Vyvanse is just a drug company’s brand for amphetamine. If a person took amphetamine without a doctor and a drug company making a profit that person would be sent to jail for using what cops call “a dangerous addictive drug”. What nobody tells patients is that the body largely adapts to moderate doses of amphetamines in a period of about two weeks. This is why the drug companies warn about the short term effects of starting and stopping – which cause a sudden change, but not a lasting one.Vyvanase causes difficulty falling asleep, stomach ache, irritability, decreased appetite, dry mouth, blurred vision, aggression, new abnormal thoughts/behaviors, mania, growth suppression, worsening of motion or verbal tics, and Tourette’s syndrome have been associated with drugs of this type.
If people insist on interpreting everything you do as ADHD then they will find “evidence” that would be considered normal behavior in anybody else. Stress – if those with power in your life are acting unreasonably or antagonistically only a fool could calm down. Adequate exercise – which for Keenan would be lots and lots of exercise, because he is a gifted sportsman and a growing teen. Maturity – people have to learn to concentrate and control their feelings, we know Keenan has to and will learn self discipline, and we know that few people would have done any better with his experiences.
Update: Sunday, 1/17/2010: St Vincent De Paul has again forcibly drugged Keenan by needle injection after I strictly told them to STOP! This nurse keeps stating DCF is in charge of all this. Keenan is unfairly incarcerated in juvenile injustice stolen custody, not CPS incarceration! Keenan stated to me today, 1/18/2010, he feels like he is on heroin. He says they gave him two drugs this time. I will get detailed info. Keenan states its was over playing too long with another kid. Are these criminals trying to overdose him so he can join his mom???
1/19/2010: St Vincent De Paul has forced Keenan to sleep in the hallway for massaging a girls neck of his own age who ask him to. The allegation came from a nurse that he touched her on the rear. It’s all okay that priest molest young boys, then pay the families off to go away??? I have spoken with a couple of these nurses in this facility and are very ruthless twisted freaks without a conscious, force drugging our children like guineapigs! They have no respect for the parents what so ever! Why are the rich not treated in this barbaric fashion? 1/21/2010: Keenan will be returning back to camp Avery Friday, 1/22/2010, Leaving the the house of nuts, the adults who run it!
1/23/2010: I spoken with Keenan tonight. He is depressed! Keenan only 14, ripped off from his only mother he loves so much. Emotionally tortured and pumped with drugs by a Union, Missouri court for 3 burn marks and burning a piece of paper. 100.00 damage after labor, convicted a felon. Six Union, officials directly responsible including is own defense.
1/25/2010: I spoken with Keenan tonight by phone. Our son who used to be the most happiest, inquisitive, always smiling, is no longer! He is miserable! He sounds confused. His healthy body is being poisoned with amphetamines. Union has broken his spirits! Today marks 13 months since his mothers death. Union, Missouri denied this child proper grieving counseling in normality. The help Union, Missouri has given to Keenan is Chinese torture for our bereaved teen. Families beware of this Union court system. Think twice before ever moving to Franklin County in Union, Missouri. Union does not help families in need, but only to warehouse kids for federal grants. This is all about them and their meal tickets. Never use the public defenders in Union because they do work together, favor the prosecution. She never defended Keenan. She requested all psychological evaluations throughout the years. I gave them all to her. She never used them except against him if anything. She contacted Clayton, Missouri who abducted & forcibly drugged him. Of all pathetic statements, her stating Clayton, MO CPS tried to help?????! She Never defended him, tried to coerce him into a guilty plea without the protection of a family member present. Also never trust the the probation officers that pretend to be nice. Like I stated months ago, Keenan would never receive a fair trial in Union, Missouri, and never did. A public defender=public pretender. Except this one couldn’t start to pretend to defend. Remember, they are all in cahoots, CPS+DCF+family+juvenile courts = pure evil. I will be releasing audio sometime in the future.
Update: 2/21/2010: Keenan discontinued himself off Vyvanse! Keenan had two bad weeks due to withdrawals from CPS forced drugging, but now he is now doing fine. Update: 5/6/2010: Keenan’s case manager & Missouri Probation is scheduled for home study today for Keenan’s transitional process. Update: Monday, 5/24/2010: Keenan had a wonderful 24 hour home visit. He now has a release date which is just around the corner. He has served nearly 9 months for 100.00 worth of damage, including labor. A Union, Missouri juvenile judge favored the prosecution along with his own public defender and convicted him as a felon! They wanted so much to extradite him back to the barbaric Florida abuse!
