Keenan’s Free

After serving nine months in a Missouri DYS program over $100 in alleged property damage (including labor), Keenan is finally free and home.
He was released on what Missouri calls “aftercare,” which in practice functions as parole. Missouri uses softened terminology to avoid openly criminalizing youth, yet still treats them as convicted offenders.
From the very beginning, I made it clear to Union, Missouri that Florida never wanted Keenan back. Despite this, Santa Rosa County, Florida misled Union and Franklin County into believing otherwise — and Union went along with it. Union, Missouri knowingly attempted to send Keenan back into Florida’s juvenile system — a system with a documented history of abuse and deaths in custody.
Let us not forget this:
Union, Missouri’s actions contributed directly to Keenan’s attempted suicide.
I will acknowledge that Missouri often claims to operate one of the top DYS programs in the nation. In this case, however, the system failed — and the truth survived. It backfired, didn’t it, Union and Clayton.
CPS:
Stay far away from our family. The world is paying attention now.
Systems built on unchecked power do not last forever. One day, families and children will be safe from institutions that destroy rather than protect.
Clayton County and Sarah Renschen must be held accountable for Keenan’s abduction and forced drugging.
Judge Marci Goodman, Lisa Howey Rigby, and Catina Wilson — your actions fractured this family permanently. These decisions carry consequences that do not end when courtrooms empty.
And finally:
Amy is no longer here to see Keenan free. She did not survive what this system put our family through.
Amy left this world on Christmas morning. Not because she was weak — but because the damage was irreversible. One day, when all excuses are gone and all authority fades, you will have to answer for this.
Amy is in Heaven now.
And Heaven remembers.
