On August 12, 2025, Guardian ad Litem supervisor Nicole McConn directly confronted me in retaliation for my whistleblower activity. She walked up to me, confirmed my identity by asking, “Are you Ricky Robinson?” and then demanded that I remove photographs of Lisa Haight from my blog. I refused, telling her, “Absolutely not.” McConn responded by threatening me with the words, “We’ll let the courts decide.”
That moment was not just casual talk — it was a turning point. On the very same day, August 12, McConn escalated her retaliation by conspiring with the caregiver’s, Jessica Nicole Fellman, Lisa Haight, David Miller, Nicole Montzingo, Ashlee Purnell, and Calero to push a fraudulent restraining order against me issued by Judge Alejandro Morales. I would only learn of this weeks later, but the order was issued that day. Even more outrageous, it ropes in my own grandchildren, weaponizing the very children I’ve been fighting to protect.
This is not guardianship. This is not child advocacy. This is abuse of government power, elder harassment, and child abuse by proxy. McConn has picked up the torch of character assassination where Haight left off — and has now expanded the attack by colluding with a mentally unfit caregiver and corrupt social workers.
What kind of system punishes a devoted grandfather — an RFA-approved caregiver, conservator, and trustee for his 88-year-old dependent mother — simply for exposing the truth? What kind of Guardian ad Litem’s office wages war against the very family it is supposed to protect?
This is conspiracy in broad daylight. And the evidence is undeniable — from McConn’s recorded words on August 12 to the paper trail of fabricated reports written by Purnell, Miller, and an evil carelessgiver. This is predatory sabotage, and it will be answered in federal court.
