On August 12, 2025 Nicole McConn weaponized her office against me. That morning, she confronted me in person, demanding I remove the photos of Lisa Haight from my blog. I refused, standing firm on my First Amendment right to expose corruption. McConn’s response was chilling: “We’ll let the court decide.”
Nearly two weeks later, I learned that a Temporary Restraining Order had been issued against me on August 12 — the very same day Nicole McConn confronted me and threatened retaliation for refusing to take down Lisa Haight’s photos. I was never served, yet suddenly my name appeared in reports tied to a TRO that ropes in my own grandchildren along with the non-relative caregivers. This is not child protection — it is a coordinated conspiracy between the Guardian ad Litem’s office, the carelessgivers Norma Olivares, her Ronald Rivas Silverio, and complicit social workers to punish me for exercising my First Amendment rights and to sabotage the bond with my granddaughters.
This is evidence of retaliation, abuse of government power, and civil rights violations in broad daylight.
I am an innocent elderly man, caring for my 88-year-old dependent mother and fighting for my granddaughters. To target me with this kind of abuse is dangerous, and I will not be silenced.
