Ownership and administrative control have been transferred to an independent group of advocates and writers based outside San Diego County, who will continue documenting the case and exposing the ongoing injustices within San Diego’s child-welfare system.

The site will remain online, and all future updates will be published by an independent team reporting on the case on our behalf.

Due to ongoing harassment, intimidation, retaliation, threats of arrest, and the targeting of a dependent elderly family member — coupled with coercion, blackmail, extortion, sexual-abuse cover-ups, and abuse of power within the system — the founder was ultimately forced to let go of FreeKeenan.com. These retaliatory actions amount to witness tampering and psychological intimidation against a family fighting to expose child abuse and corruption.

This website is dedicated to the memory of Amy Marie Brown, whose life was tragically lost to CPS abuse of power and inhumane treatment. Her strength, courage, and love live on through her granddaughters — Malaika and Xayah, the grandchildren of the late Amy Marie Brown.

This site stands as a living tribute to them — a voice for those silenced, a light for those still suffering, and a promise that truth will not be buried.
