Judge Alexander Calero greenlights the international removal of Malaika and Xayah to the Dominican Republic with non-blood intruders — Norma Olivares and Ronald Rivas Silverio — separating them from family during the holidays

Malaika and Xayah must come home. No court built on lies has the right to hold them.

Morales cannot silence this family. McConn cannot silence them. Kisiel cannot silence them.
Fellman cannot silence them. Montzingo cannot silence them. Calero cannot silence them.
Miller cannot silence them. Silverio cannot silence them.
Neither Elizabeth Hernandez nor Alfredo Guardado can silence them by placing unlawful “hold dates” on a state-approved RFA home based on non-existent children or fabricated concerns.
And Norma Olivares will never silence them.
The show courts of San Diego and Vista do not own the truth.
The family does — and they are not done.
One blood family member took her last breath on November 7th. As long as the other elder is still breathing, he will fight — with every last breath — until Malaika and Xayah come home. The same blood that raised generations will not surrender to lies, retaliation, or child harm. Even in the golden years they tried to steal from him, he stands unbroken. This family does not break. This family does not back down.
Malaika and Xayah will know who fought for them—and who died fighting.
