BREAKING: California State and San Diego County Enforcement Powers were used to clear all of mine and my child’s belongings from our four-bedroom home.

An unregistered entity in San Diego, Coastway Realty, identified as my landlord in my lease and its attorneys tied to Del Mar Union School District, Joint Powers Authority (JPA) insurance risk pool attorneys, used California State and County enforcement powers to take all of mine and my minor child’s personal belongings from our 4-BDRM home, and possession of our residence, on 12/9/25.
My child and I remain homeless to this day.
Background:
After making peaceful public comment at a DMUSD board meeting raising concerns about the mistreatment of my child and misuse of public funds, I was subjected to a campaign of harassment and retaliation.
DMUSD JPA attorneys used public tax dollars to file multiple defamatory restraining orders against me.
They moved the hearings to Judge Richard S. Whitney, who used national security language and publicly labeled me a “Domestic Terrorist.”
It didn’t end there. Even after the hearings, DMUSD continued to misuse public funds and sent a deposition subpoena my landlord requesting personal information and documents – irrelevant to any school matters.
Soon, false allegation of non-payment of rent followed. Defamatory eviction notices were mailed and addressed to both me and my minor child along with public postings in our community.
Up until December, I maintained long-term employment, supported my child, and always paid rent on time.
But that didn’t stop Howard F. Burns, an attorney tied to the same DMUSD CA JPA insurance attorney network.
Burns sent harassing notices addressed to my minor child and proceeded to file an unlawful detainer on mandatory judicial forms and signed the false declarations himself under penalty of perjury.
I filed a timely Notice of Removal in Federal Court, a Motion to Dismiss, and a Notice of Stay and Removal in San Diego superior Court.
Despite all this, my filings were later stamped “FILE STAMP CANCEL,” a state court Clerk Default and Judgement for Possession of Real Property was entered for failure to appear. The state court refused to hear an ex parte to vacate and the San Diego County Sheriff executed the writ.
