THE MOST DANGEROUS “CAREGIVER” SAN DIEGO CWS HAS EVER PROTECTED

The very fact that Norma’s placement requires “transitional therapy” is evidence of harm.
Healthy two-, three-, and four-year-old children do not need therapy to run into the arms of their own mother or grandfather. They don’t need preparation, coaching, or mental conditioning to reunite with the people who raised them. They come to us naturally, instantly, and joyfully.

The problem isn’t transitioning to their family — the problem is transitioning back to Norma.
If a child must be mentally “prepared” to return to a caregiver — a caregiver who is not family, who is not bonded, and who has spent 17 months isolating them — then that caregiver has caused emotional damage, attachment disruption, and psychological confusion. That alone is evidence of psychological abuse and emotional abduction.

No child needs therapy to transition back to the people they were stolen from.
They need therapy because of what happened inside Norma’s home, because of the emotional interference created there, and because of the trauma imposed during that placement.

That is not bonding.
That is Trauma by Norma.

Norma Olivares is not a mother.
She’s not family.
A caregiver should bring peace, not conflict — where’s the stability in that?

She is a pathological liar and obsessive fraud who cannot bear her own children — so she’s trying to steal someone else’s.
Ours.
Norma has lied over and over again to Child Welfare Services. She has fabricated stories, weaponized innocent toddlers, and spread malicious falsehoods about a loving family.

She has made disturbing and unfounded allegations—first against the paternal grandfather, and now against the children’s own mother—accusations that appear designed to sabotage reunification and destroy this family.
She claimed stalking that never happened.
She has sabotaged reunification at every turn.

And worst of all:
Children are being traumatized under her care.
Medical records. Behavior changes. Possible molestation. This is not just a custody fight.

This is psychological harm to a child.
The evidence is coming.
The documents are real.
The trauma is undeniable.

The truth about Norma Olivares will be public — very soon.

1. She is the root conspirator:
She’s not a blood relative
She alienated the girls from their entire paternal family and mother.
She fabricated accusations of molestation, rape, and stalking.
She is actively coaching toddlers to make false statements.
She’s been weaponizing CPS with these lies — deliberate, malicious sabotage.

2. She is trying to steal my grandchildren:
Her actions go beyond caregiving — she’s obsessed.
You suspect she can’t have children of her own — now she’s targeting yours.
She’s attempted to take them out of the country multiple times.
She’s committed character assassination, defamation, and false reporting.

3. She’s doing all of this under state protection:
CWS and the social workers believe her without question.
She’s using the system as a weapon to destroy a family and cover up her lies.

Retaliatory restraining orders don’t erase the truth — and they don’t make stolen children yours.

Malaika and Xayah Robinson were taken into San Diego County Child Welfare custody in June 2024. They remain separated from their family today, placed with a non-relative caregiver, Norma Olivares. Their grandfather and mother continue to fight for their return and for accountability within the system. A small group of dedicated advocates has now joined the fight, standing beside this family in their pursuit of justice and reunification.
