This isn’t a hobby blog. This is a grandfather’s fight against lies, retaliation, and child abuse covered up by San Diego’s own system.

They wanted silence. Instead, they got a grandfather and father blogging every lie in real time. You don’t make toddlers lab rats out of retaliation — and you don’t get away with it.

I never asked for this fight — but San Diego CWS dragged me, my mother, and my grandchildren into a nightmare. I am the caregiver, conservator, and trustee for my 88-year-old mother — the great-grandmother of my grandchildren. For more than seven years, I lived a quiet and peaceful life, caring for her every day, with no trouble, no accusations, and not a word against me. I expected to finish my golden years here in peace, playing music and drums, and watching my family thrive.

I thought I would die here in peace.

That peace was destroyed when some caregiver and her so-called husband backed by corrupt social workers and the Guardian ad Litem’s office, launched a campaign of lies, retaliation, and sabotage. I have never met this woman in my life — I have never even heard her voice — yet she fabricated reports, smeared my name, and interfered with reunification.

In reports, she accused me of being “rude,” “threatening,” and “a danger to the children.” These are complete lies. On top of that, she and her allies spread false, dangerous claims — saying I committed unthinkable crimes. None of it is true.

And now they’ve escalated even further: dragging my own granddaughters into their smear campaign, attaching their names to a bogus restraining order alongside this non-relative caregiver and her husband. This is not about safety — this is punishment for my First Amendment rights, for writing a blog, peaceful protests and for passing out flyers. There is no doubt in my mind that Nicole McConn led this retaliation.

Any strangers who would do this to a family are not just corrupt — they are mentally unwell. They have to be sick in the brain. Nobody I know, not myself, not anyone decent, would ever use children this way. This is a sickness disguised as authority.

These attacks have forced me to temporarily relocate my mother from our home — at a personal cost of over 3 grand per month — just to protect her from the fallout of these retaliatory acts.

But they could not destroy the bond I share with my granddaughters. They both know me. The eldest runs into my arms and will not let go. The youngest knows exactly who I am and clings to me. That bond is unbreakable.

What they have done instead is traumatize innocent children, rip apart a family, and attempt to destroy the reputation of a devoted grandfather. This is not child welfare. This is abuse of power.

I am 67 years old. I should be spending my golden years in peace — caring for my mother, playing music, and enjoying time with my grandchildren. Instead, I am forced to fight a system of lies, retaliation, and power abuse. I didn’t choose this battle. They brought it to my door.

I am blogging because silence would mean surrender. I refuse to let false reports, smear campaigns, and government-backed predators erase my family. They wanted this fight — not me. But they dragged it to my doorstep, and I will not back down.

I am not crazy. I lived a quiet, peaceful life for over seven years caring for my elderly dependent mother — until San Diego CWS and their allies dragged me into this nightmare. This fight was forced on me. The lies, the retaliation, and the trauma to my grandchildren prove it. They wanted war against a grandfather’s love, and war is what they will get.

They think a restraining order will silence me or erase my granddaughters from my blog. It won’t. I expose corruption, I always have. Judges, social workers, bad actors — if you destroy children and families, I will document it. I did it with Keenan. I did it with his mother. And I will continue for my grandchildren. This is my right, my duty, and my bloodline. You can’t silence me — not now, not ever.

I’m surprised they haven’t gone after the grandmother — Keenan’s mother — who is no longer with us. That’s how far these predators reach: attacking the living, the dead, and anyone tied to our family.
