Statement from the Father

This is not a custody case. This is a war against child torture, family separation, and government lies.

To Judge Calero and His Goon Squad
(CWS agents, GAL enablers, and County Counsel tyrants)

I will not comply with a system that terrorized my children, slandered their mother, and turned a courtroom into a punishment chamber for families who speak out.

These are toddlers — 2 and 3 years old — forced to cry for their mother and grandfather while strangers rip them away. That is state-sanctioned trauma.

I will not comply with a system that broke my daughters, terrorized their mother, and tried to erase our family. I don’t have a mother because of predators in this same kind of system — and my children don’t have a grandmother.

I will not complete a service plan designed to humiliate me, as if I did something wrong. I committed no crime. My only “offense” was protecting my children from a government that kidnapped them, placed them in harm’s way, and retaliated when we spoke the truth.

I will not re-traumatize my daughters with two-hour visits where they cry, cling, and beg to come home — only to be ripped away again by strangers. That is not parenting. That is not reunification. That is psychological torture, and I will not participate in it.

I will not remove blog posts, flyers, or public testimony exposing child abuse, corruption, and lies — just because a judge wants to protect the people responsible. My words are protected speech. My fight is righteous. The truth is not contempt of court — the court is in contempt of truth.

I stand where the system has fallen. I stand as a father. And I will not bow to injustice.

I will not be silenced by a system that fears the truth more than it fears the trauma it causes.

If the system fears truth more than trauma, then it has already lost. We will not be silenced.
