What followed were secret hearings under Judge Alexander Calero’s dependency court, a system accused of silencing families and rubber-stamping agency reports.
The result: happy children turned into traumatized captives, their cries replacing their laughter. No abuse was ever found — yet retaliation and inhumane treatment continue under the guise of child protection in San Diego.
