Individuals and networks with no regard for human dignity are preying on the vulnerable, and the consequences can be devastating. Child Protective Services was created to shield children from harm — but today, it has morphed into a ruthless machine tearing families apart without cause. Every year, thousands of parents are blindsided, demonized, and robbed of their children based on lies, false reports, and unchecked power. Behind the walls of CPS offices, the terror is real, and the victims aren’t just the children — it’s entire families. But we are the sharks now — the fierce truth-hunters — tearing through their lies with razor-sharp precision. It’s time to rip off the mask. CPS is not a savior. Behind the mask of “safety” and “family support,” they operate like predators, snatching children from loving homes, devastating families, and leaving scars that last a lifetime — all under the guise of law and policy. Their bite is silent but lethal, hiding behind closed courts, sealed records, and endless bureaucratic language. But we are not afraid. We are the defenders. People have the right to speak out against government agencies like CPS if they believe there is fraud, corruption, or abuse of power. The press has the right to investigate and report on these issues. Citizens have the right to organize, protest, and demand accountability. Individuals can petition lawmakers or sue government agencies when rights are violated. Government fraud — including at CPS — is absolutely a matter of public interest. The Supreme Court has repeatedly affirmed that when government actions affect citizens’ rights, transparency is crucial. Shielding misconduct from exposure would itself violate First Amendment principles.
We are writing as a family devastated by the actions of San Diego Child Welfare Services (CWS). Our family spans generations, from 1 year old to 87 years old. We are currently suffering deep emotional and psychological distress due to the removal of our two young granddaughters, who we believe were taken unjustly and are now being held away from the loving care of their extended family.
The circumstances surrounding this separation have been traumatic. CWS social workers exerted pressure on our family, particularly targeting one vulnerable member. This pressure contributed to a severe spike in her blood pressure, nearly causing a stroke, and resulted in multiple mental breakdowns. Her condition was so serious that her family was forced to intervene and remove her from the situation to protect her health.
We strongly believe that the actions taken by CWS have not prioritized the children’s best interests, nor have they respected the integrity and unity of our family. The emotional and physical toll of this situation has affected every generation of our household.
