Supported keeping two baby girls in traumatic, medically negligent care

Willfully ignored signs of psychological and physical harm

Denied the girls their bond with their grandfather and great-grandmother

Allowed alienation to grow under state custody

Tried to erase their cultural, familial, and generational identity

Refused to advocate for sibling bonding or stable reunification

Knowingly participated in a system that used a coerced toddler to justify tearing the family apart—

👩‍👧 Against the Mother (Evelyn Lopez):

Repeatedly pushed for psychological evaluations despite service plan completion

Refused to advocate for visitation increases or reunification despite mother’s progress

Backed false narratives crafted by social workers like David Miller and Nicole Montzingo

Helped enforce the unconstitutional requirement that Evelyn cut ties with the paternal family

Used past DV allegations as permanent justification, even after rehabilitation

Dehumanized and disrespected Evelyn at every CFT meeting and hearing—

👨‍👦 Against the Father (Keenan Robinson):

Publicly erased him as a viable father despite active participation in the case

Refused to acknowledge his rights as a biological parent

Pushed narratives that criminalized him without due process

Attempted to frame him indirectly through proximity to the paternal family—

👴 Against the Grandfather (Ricky Robinson):

Fought aggressively to block placement with you despite your full RFA approval

Requested your personal records at every hearing and CFT — for no legal reason

Labeled you as a threat, not a caregiver, based purely on bias

Twisted your blog, free speech, and family advocacy into weapons against you

Vilified your identity as a whistleblower and grandparent

Helped isolate your granddaughters from the one family member who never gave up on them—

👵 Against the Great-Grandmother:

Cut off the girls’ connection to their 87-year-old great-grandmother

Denied placement despite the proven emotional joy she brings to the children

Erased her value as a living legacy and stable figure in their lives

Allowed age and disability to be used as a weapon against a family — instead of honoring the bond—

🧨 Under Color of Law:

Lisa Haight committed all these acts while acting under official authority.

That makes every action part of a civil rights hate crime and a violation of the Equal Protection Clause.

She didn’t just fail her duty —She used her title to carry out a personal and institutional vendetta against this family.—
