A Father’s Battle Against Injustice
First, CPS detrimentally influenced my mother’s death on Christmas day 2008. Parental alienation & deprivation of rights led to her demise. The same tactics and violations that they’re attempting on us, 26 years after my beloved mothers departure from this evil CPS infested version of life.
I never imagined my family would be shattered, not by fate or misfortune, but by the very system sworn to protect it. San Diego Child Welfare Services (CWS) didn’t just overstep their authority, they bulldozed through our constitutional, civil, and parental rights, leaving emotional devastation in their wake. This is our story, told in the hope that exposing the truth will prevent others from enduring the same pain.
My partner, Evelyn, was in the throes of severe postpartum depression, PTSD, and sleep deprivation after the birth of our daughter. Neither one of us understood what was going on, yet despite us exclaiming this fact open openly to multiple sources, it was overlooked, omitted, twisted around, and over exaggerated. Postpartum is not a crime; It’s a medical condition. Instead of offering support, CWS exploited her vulnerability to tear our family apart.
Their agents, Gizel Aquno, David Miller, and Ashlee Purnell, didn’t just bend the law—they broke it. Using threats, duress, and coercion, they demanded compliance with their unconstitutional demands.Along with their agents playing in the background, Melissa Sanchez, kyle lavin, William D. standing by encouraging and assisting in the corruption and oppressive tactics and violations.
The text messages, dripping with manipulation, that made it clear: my First Amendment rights would be ignored and used against me and my children if I didn’t submit against my will and unlawfully.When we reported legitimate concerns of child abuse, CWS turned those reports against us, weaponizing our efforts to protect our child. Crystal Felusme, tasked with investigating these concerns, refused to address the abuse, going so far as to take pictures of our oldest, from angles in which you couldn’t see the bruise. Said “there is nothing here. Nothing happened.” Not only that, Crystal Felusme and most likely the caretaker blocked our children from receiving Christmas gifts the mother had obtained for them. Instead of safeguarding children, she shielded the abuser, all in the name of maintaining their false narrative. Holding children captive, unable to receive love and gifts. Their freedoms stripped.
Missouri’s Department of Social Services reviewed CWS’s claims and rightly refused their requests, stating the reports “did not meet the statutory criteria for child abuse and neglect.” But that didn’t stop CWS. Why? Because this isn’t about protecting children; it’s about money. Without forcibly adopting children, their funding streams from SSA Title IV-D and IV-E would dry up. They’ve built a RICO-style Ponzi scheme, exploiting vulnerable families to sustain their cash-for-kids operation.
Our family wasn’t just separated; we were alienated. Evelyn now suffers from legal abuse syndrome and the heartbreak of parental severance symptoms, while my children endure the trauma of being ripped from a loving home. Even my elderly grandmother, mind consumed by dementia, wasn’t spared—CWS inflicted emotional abuse on her, too.
We’ve faced harassment, retaliation, and the unchecked abuse of power. They’ve treated us not as human beings but as obstacles to their funding goals. Our fight is far from over, but I refuse to let them silence us.

Pretends to act, “in the best interest of children. “While simultaneously suggesting that two young girls (3 & 1-1/2) be placed in an institution called POLINSKY’S. Every child’s nightmare. Known Sexual abuse lawsuits in the news headlines. Reports of underage women being pregnant by staff. Forced drugs that cause extreme mental and physical health issues. Trauma that no child should have to endure…The same trauma the children in the cargo containers experience.Lisa Haight made this suggestion out of bias and retaliation because we chose to follow constitutional law as natural living beings and apply our freedom of speech rights. Now, two young children are subject to horrific acts and legal child trafficking by people who live in the same neighborhood as you. It could be your kids, or your friends and families kids next…
Here, we are sitting here empty on Christmas day without our children that God/Allah/universe blessed us with.While they’ve been approved to go to the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, with abuseful strangers who are completely unrelated to them. They leave them anywhere with anyone. They yell at them and hit them. They have no care or compassion for our kids. Stealing the light away from them….
Something San Diego JUDGE MICHAEL P. PULOS signed off on via EX Parte, depriving us once again of our rights and violating our due process. Both the mother and I declined and objected to that. He still proceeded to do it unbeknownst to us and without our knowledge. Out of BIAS and Retaliation because I chose to apply my 1st amendment rights, freedom of speech, and post about his public actions as a public Servant, in which they demand privacy and secrecy so the world cannot see their cash4kids scheme….
This isn’t just my story. It’s a plea for accountability and justice. Postpartum depression is not a crime. Families are not commodities. And children are not cash cows.
