Under Kimberly Giardina’s leadership, children have been medically neglected, hospitalized, terrorized, and even trafficked out of the country. This isn’t family well-being — this is state-authorized child abuse.

Kimberly oversees programs that rip babies from their families, cut off parental rights, isolate mothers, silence grandfathers, and leave children to suffer in respite homes, psych holds, and foster placements with known red flags.

The only “evidence” Kimberly supports is manufactured, falsified, or ignored if it contradicts her department’s agenda. They retaliate against whistleblowers and protect predators in their ranks.

This is the same woman who sat stone-faced and silent at the June 24, 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting while three family members exposed horrific abuse — and she refused to look any of them in the eye. She hides from truth and runs from accountability.

Reality:
Kimberly controls over $3.4 billion in public funds, and what do we get? Babies trafficked to the Dominican Republic. Screaming toddlers. Broken families. And silence from the top.
Kimberly Giardina isn’t building well-being — she’s orchestrating suffering. And she’s torturing me in the process — smiling while she does it, hiding behind her title and a $3.4 billion budget soaked in blood and lies.

This is how a child trafficker responds when confronted. I sent her messages directly to her LinkedIn. I sent her the links — to my site, to her own page — and demanded she give us back our children. That’s all it took. She didn’t defend herself. She didn’t explain. She didn’t face the truth. She blocked me. She erased her face. She ran. That is the behavior of a coward. That is the move of a predator hiding in plain sight.
What happens in closed-door hearings can be spun, but when names, faces, and trauma echo across cities, states, and even countries — that’s no longer a case file. That’s evidence in the public record.

Updated – September 2025: My two granddaughters remain hostage in San Diego County’s system. Instead of reunification, Child Welfare Services and the Guardian ad Litem’s office retaliated by placing restraining orders on me — their RFA-approved paternal grandfather, an elder, caregiver, conservator and trustee. This is not child protection. It is punishment for speaking out and exposing abuse, false reporting, and violations of human dignity.
Updated – October 2025: These officials no longer act with humanity or conscience. Their decisions reflect a system stripped of empathy — one that punishes love, silences truth, and violates basic human dignity. My granddaughters remain hostages of bureaucracy, not beneficiaries of justice.
