Monster Abomination in the System

David Miller’s Reign of Harm

David Miller has weaponized government power for his own vendetta. This is not child protection — this is tyranny

WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTED SPEECH

UPDATE: DAVID MILLER REMOVED — THEN RETALIATION EXPLODED

On June 24, 2025, we spoke publicly at the San Diego Board of Supervisors, exposing CWS social worker David Miller for his cruelty, lies, and retaliation against our family. Less than 24 hours later, Miller was suddenly removed from the case.

What I’ve experienced—and continue to endure—proves that not all who wear the title “social worker” deserve it. David Miller, a man in position of power at San Diego CWS, has shown nothing but cruelty, manipulation, and an almost calculated intent to destroy the very lives he’s supposed to support.

David Miller is not just negligent—he’s a psychopath hiding behind policy. He has targeted vulnerable families, including mine, with a level of coldness that borders on sadism. I’ve watched him lie without flinching, intimidate mothers, humiliate elderly women, and emotionally devastate children—all while pretending to “help.”Under his direction, my family was torn apart. My grandchildren’s innocence was stolen by a system that no longer sees human beings—only case numbers and control. There was no compassion. No investigation rooted in truth. Just assumption, manipulation, and power games.

My grandchildren are now in and out of the hospital—not because of anything their mother or I did wrong, but because of David Miller’s malicious version of “care.” This man, entrusted with protecting children, has instead inflicted harm so deep that it shows up in medical charts, trauma responses, and sleepless nights.

In a disturbing case that raises serious questions about the integrity of San Diego County Child Welfare Services, two young girls—my granddaughters—have been hospitalized multiple times while under the supervision of social worker David Miller. Rather than acting in their best interests, Miller appears to have allowed personal retaliation to cloud his professional judgment, placing these vulnerable children in grave and ongoing danger. This investigative account outlines how his actions—and a lack of institutional oversight—have turned state custody into a source of harm instead of safety.

But the system wasn’t done.

Just two days later, new false allegations came knocking — now led by Nicole Montzingo, a predator who picked up where Miller left off. Within days, they launched fresh investigations, stripped away visits, and began weaponizing the children all over again. This was textbook retaliation for protected speech and whistleblowing.

David Miller may be gone, but his legacy of abuse lives on through his replacement. The children are still suffering. The trauma is still deepening. And the war for justice is far from over.

My granddaughters are suffering. San Diego’s so-called “Dynamic Duo”—CWS agent David Miller and Nicole Montzingo-Avila —have kept my tender-aged grandchildren in state custody far too long. Instead of reuniting families, they’re tearing them apart. This is not child protection—it’s captivity. They need to come home now.

To say it bluntly, David Miller, Ashley Purnell and Nicole Montzingo-Avila, are allowing my two tender-aged granddaughters to be slowly destroyed in San Diego CWS/CPS captivity and isolation.

This is not just emotional harm—they are suffering physically. They are in and out of the hospital as I write this. What kind of “protection” is this? How can anyone look at what’s happening to these innocent children and believe this is in their best interest?

These girls should be home. With family. With love. Instead, they are trapped in a system that’s hurting them—breaking their bodies and spirits a little more each day.

I’m speaking out because staying silent is no longer an option. If you have any heart, any belief in justice, any concern for the safety of children—please help bring them home.

There’s no deeper heartbreak than being kept from your own family. My granddaughters are everything to me—but for reasons that have nothing to do with their safety or well-being, I’ve been deliberately pushed out of their lives. The person behind this cruelty is David Miller, a social worker with San Diego Child Welfare Services, and he’s using his authority to retaliate against me—because I dared to speak out.

I run a blog. I’ve used it to share my story, to shed light on how the child welfare system is terrorizing my family, and to fight for my granddaughters freedom. Instead of responding with transparency or accountability, David Miller along with his accomplices, Nicole Montzingo, Ashlee Purnell, Crystal Felusme, Kyle Lavin and Alfredo Guardado has responded with retaliation—cutting off my access, blocking visits, and using the system as a weapon against me for exercising my right to speak the truth.

I’m telling this story not just for myself, but for every family torn apart by a system that’s lost sight of compassion and justice. It’s time the public saw what’s really happening.

Psychological Basis Against Visitation Interference:

1. Best Interest of the Child Standard: Courts must prioritize emotional, psychological, and developmental well-being. Maintaining relationships with safe, loving relatives (e.g., grandparents) is shown to stabilize children’s mental health, particularly in trauma cases.

2. Impact of Denying Familial Bonds: Psychological studies affirm that unjustified removal of contact with close relatives—without abuse or neglect—can cause long-term attachment trauma and trust issues.

3. Parental Alienation: If one party is intentionally interfering with relationships with family members, courts may view it as harmful to the child and contrary to their best interests.
