Nicole McConn isn’t protecting children — she’s abusing her government power like a weapon. She’s conspiring with Norma Olivares and hiding behind the Guardian ad Litem’s office to terrorize an elder, retaliate against a whistleblower, and psychologically torture two little girls by ripping them from their blood family.
This is not child protection. This is predation under color of law — retaliation, conspiracy, and abuse of authority that spits in the face of federal and state protections.
Violations Under Color of Law
Elder Abuse Protections (WIC §15610.07) — violated. She’s targeting an 88-year-old and her caregiver with harassment.
Civil Rights (42 U.S.C. §1983) — violated. She’s using her position to crush due process and family association.
Whistleblower Protections — violated. She’s trying to gag speech, silence exposure, and punish truth-telling.
Child Welfare Standards — obliterated. Instead of protecting kids, she’s enabling their emotional abuse and covering up the trauma.
McConn is not a protector. She is a predator in power. Every false report, every restraining order roping in my granddaughters, every act of retaliation is another crime stacked on her name.
The law says this is harassment. The law says this is elder abuse. The law says this is child abuse. And no matter how high she hides behind her title, she will be exposed — every lie, every crime, every abuse.
When the system weaponizes children against their own family, it is not child protection — it is state-sponsored abuse. And it will not stand.
