Malaika and Xayah Robinson are being psychologically tortured, sexually abused and permanently damaged in the care and at the hands of San Diego County, HHSA, CFWB, Juvenile Dependency Court, Dependency Attorney’s, Guardian Ad Litem’s, Caregivers Norma Olivares and her husband Ronald Rivas Silverio, Rady Children Hospital and their affiliates, unknown respite caregrivers, and a woman named GIGI.
The County of San Diego’s Child Trafficking Network is going to terminate parental rights and set a proceeding to adopt the girls out February 18th, 2026.
