Agency Retaliation: Visits Terminated Without Cause
Today — immediately after court — I received confirmation that my visits with my granddaughters have been cut off without warning, without due process, and without a lawful reason.

Screenshot #1 is not shown here because the victim still faces retaliation and ongoing visit restrictions. But the agency’s language stands on its own: it branded protected speech and flyer distribution as “inappropriate contact.” That was a dark and sinister choice of words, and they knew it. In a case involving minors, the phrase was designed to plant suspicion, taint the reader, and recast lawful exposure as something perverse. Nothing about the conduct was sexual. Nothing about it was improper toward a child. The ugliness was in the wording — and in the intent behind it.
Screenshot #2 captures the text exchange with Nicole Montzingo-Avila. When pressed for the legal authority to block me from visits, her only explanation was, “The Agency has made the decision.” No court order. No statute. No policy cited. Just the agency acting as judge, jury, and executioner.
This is retaliation, plain and simple — a direct response to my refusal to bow to unconstitutional gag orders and my continued exposure of their misconduct. Cutting off my contact with my granddaughters isn’t just punishment against me; it’s child abuse. These girls look forward to seeing their grandfather and great-grandmother. Ending visits without cause inflicts emotional harm on them, and they know it.
I will not be silenced. Every step they take to erase me from my granddaughters’ lives will be documented, posted, and exposed.
