If You Harm My Mother or Jail Me

To every San Diego County official, CPS worker, judge, or co-conspirator reading this — take note.
If you retaliate by throwing me in jail, and in doing so harm my 88-year-old mother with dementia, you will unleash a chain of legal, political, and public consequences that will not stop until justice is served.
1. Legal Consequences – Civil rights violations (42 U.S.C. §1983) for unlawful arrest, retaliation for protected speech, and interference with my right to family. Elder abuse charges (California Penal Code §368) if my mother is harmed, neglected, or endangered. ADA violations for targeting her caregiver. False imprisonment & malicious prosecution if you fabricate charges to silence me.
2. Civil Lawsuits – Claims for emotional distress, elder neglect, and constitutional violations. Punitive damages sought against individuals personally for malicious conduct. Everything documented, filed in court, and made public.
3. Political & Public Exposure – Your actions will be broadcast as elder abuse and retaliation against a family fighting for children. The public will see you attacking a senior citizen with dementia — a line no decent person crosses. I will use every media outlet, activist network, and platform available to put your names, faces, and actions in front of the public — permanently.
4. Federal Oversight – U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for retaliation and deprivation of rights. HHS Office for Civil Rights for ADA and elder protection violations. Whistleblower protections may bring direct federal scrutiny into your department.
This is not a threat. It is a guarantee.
Jail me and harm my mother, and you will be held accountable — in court, in the media, and in history.
San Diego CWS and their malicious network have already caused more abuse and inflicted more trauma on my family than I have ever endured in my entire lifetime. This is not child protection — this is deliberate harm, carried out with full knowledge of the damage they are causing to two innocent little girls, an elderly dependent, and their family. Every action they take is not about safety or reunification — it is about retaliation, power, and control.
They can keep retaliating. They can keep punishing. But the truth is already out, and the world is watching. Every move they make only confirms what we already know — they are not protecting children, they are protecting themselves. And until these girls are home where they belong, I won’t back down.
