United States Magistrate, “selected” Judge Noelle C. Collins covers up medical neglect that was deliberately committed upon to Keenan Robinson whom was a youth at the time at Spanish Lake Missouri of Youth Services .
“Selected” Judge Noelle C. Collins denies trial by jury, abusing her power, throws out the case, buries the whole truth and nothing but the truth to protect two state workers whom committed medical neglect upon to a youth in their care at the time.
Show the injured hand to a jury then the cover-up is blown and justice may be served than denied. Keenan today is stuck with a short finger and disfigured knuckle. Our lawyer was defeated by the state having unlimited defense funds to cover up corruption, child abuse, medical neglect in Missouri Youth Services. He refuses to file an appeal in our behalf to an upper court. It’s all about the money.
Gross medical neglect was committed by the hands of Chad Davenport whom over and over denied an orthopedic specialist and surgical correction to the youths broken right index knuckle.
Hello, I’m Chad Davenport. When youths and or the parents come into my hood they may and will be abused, mentally, physically, medically neglected under my command.

Chad Davenport besides medical neglect is a psychological and psychically abuser.
The complaint letter below written by Keenan was officially filed with the CPS, which the woman whom took the complaint stated she knew Chad, company and MO Spanish Lake very well. I had to wonder how many complaints were already filed and covered-up by these monsters. I already knew a CPS complaint would just be swept under the dirt.
Keenan wrote the complaint while visiting. Before completion of the letter a staff took his pen away, stated to us he is only allowed to use pencil in the facility. Upon finishing the letter in pencil and just in a nick of time signing, a staff took the letter from Keenan, called Chad Davenport and read it in front of everyone in the dorm. Other youths collaborated the complaint to me.
After the call I asked him for the letter back and he refused to do so. I approached the man tried reasoning with him already knowing what to expect. As fast as lighting I snagged the letter out from his hand and stuffed it in my front pocket. Staff refused to let me out of the double door locked youth facility. I was all of a sudden falsely imprisoned at MO Spanish Lake youth facility.
I immediately called Saint Louis County Police simultaneously as the staff. I then called our attorney, kept him on the phone for comfort.
Nearly 30 minutes passed before regaining my freedom. Police arrived and did nothing to both parties. I then drove home.
Keenan left Spanish Lake 14 months later with 7 cavities under Chad Davenport’s command. Before entering this facility he had none. Other youths mothers have complained to me about medical neglect but just wouldn’t step up to the plate maybe in fear of bad things happening to their kids.
