Keenan arrested and held in captivity at the St. Louis City Workhouse of torture, medical dental neglect. A 17 year old locked in the hole 4 times 10 days at a time with out human interaction.
Allegedly Keenan had an ounce of marijuana in multiple baggies, sold a gram of marijuana to a pot smoker on the metro link. Keenan stated he was chased down by an off duty out of jurisdiction police officer holding a gun to the back of Keenan’s head.
Missouri state probation had issued a warrant for his arrest for failure to report. Let it be know that family and friends strictly warned Keenan Missouri state probation does not play like juvenile probation!
The probation department was informed by his father he had an intense marijuana addiction. The father had a bed ready to go in a two month state of the art rehabilitation program which this would place him in adolescents at age 17. All the father needed and asked probation for was a court order strictly specified and enforced by COMTREA (Community Treatment, Inc.). Probation stated they do not need a court order. Remember this is a 17 year old minor on adult probation and a major discrepancy throughout and across the country. February, March, 2013 probation ignores Keenan’s marijuana addiction fathers wishes and request for rehab.
While incarcerated 8 months later St.Louis County reissued the warrant for tampering which back in February release him with no charges to serve out his 5 years probation.
Nine months later the Village money hungry night court tacks on another misdemeanor charge of a minor having intoxicating liquor.

Keenan is released after serving 5 months, but not before having to be transported from the workhouse to St. Louis County Justice Center.

Judge promises Keenan if he messes up he will severe a minimum of 5 years in a Missouri state penitentiary. Why was Christina Carr from Union, MO who was Keenan’s withdrawn public pretender by his father doing in the same court room??? Talking about a huge conflict!!!!! This is the second encounter with her this year. The judge seemed fair and non-evil. But five years will finish us all off. There is better help than than a prison for a bereaved youth.
A five year sentence to an emotional kid lock in a cage away from human contact and family will most likely end tragic by prison rape, murder and or suicide.
Father makes an emergency dental appointment for Keenan. Keenan refuses to acknowledge his father existence.
Keenan’s father spends all his hard-working money on a fabulous attorney and still owes.

After five months of agony, medical and dental neglect held in captivity inside the St. Louis City Workhouse I finally managed and succeeded Keenan’s long awaited, long overdue dental treatment to have four cavities filled all at once!!!!
