I’ll admit it—at first, I thought Judge Alexander Calero might be fair. Impartial. Someone who would see past the lies and give us a real shot at justice. But that illusion was shattered quickly, in one back-room showdown.
Under a weak show of judicial neutrality, he allowed social worker David Miller to weaponize lies and gaslighting in his courtroom. Calero didn’t just let it happen—he orchestrated it. Evelyn Lopez, a devoted mother, was smeared and discarded like trash. Two innocent girls were handed over to trauma, pain, and confusion. And our entire family was erased.
This wasn’t just bias. It was betrayal.
Calero sat by as false allegations were launched—some absurd, some evil—all aimed at separating the children from their loving family. He turned a blind eye to the truth. My role, my son’s role, even the great-grandmother’s—none of it mattered. The only thing Calero saw was a narrative built on fear, fraud, and fiction. And he backed it like a coward.
He never asked questions. He never investigated. He rubber-stamped injustice.
Calero ignored evidence. He denied the mother’s efforts to comply. He disregarded the emotional damage being done to two toddlers. He allowed twisted social worker schemes to go unchecked, all while pretending it was for the children’s “best interest.”
But here’s the truth:
There was no hearing.
It was a rigged show trial.
A staged, state-sanctioned persecution.
Judge Calero stood by while social workers tore this family apart, blocked safe placement with the RFA-approved grandfather, and ignored medical red flags and forensic signs of trauma. When we raised alarms—he silenced us. When we filed motions—he dismissed them. When the mother completed her plan—he punished her harder.
They even attacked her for not having her own car — conveniently leaving out the fact that she doesn’t drive and has no license. Meanwhile, she has consistent access to transportation through me, public transit, Lyft, Uber, and more. But they used her lack of a personal vehicle as another excuse to tear her down.
This wasn’t a hearing. It was a show trial. A staged, state-sanctioned persecution.
Calero ignored Evelyn’s compliance. He ignored the evidence of trauma the children are suffering. He ignored the fact that we are a safe, loving, healing family — ready to protect and raise these girls.
Instead, he empowered predators like David Miller and Lisa Haight to weaponize the system.
This judge had the power to stop the abuse and end the suffering, and he chose not to.
Instead, he became part of it.
His courtroom became a crime scene.
And our family became collateral damage.
We’re not staying silent.
We’re not backing down.
Exposure is their Kryptonite.
“There were no crimes — just a family fighting to reunite. But the real criminals? They wore badges, robes, and called themselves ‘caregivers’ while torturing children and destroying lives under color of law. This wasn’t justice. It’s state-sanctioned abuse.”
