I’m just a single Dad who’s single handedly trying to stop the malicious prosecution of my son by Judge Marci L. Goodman and prosecutor Catina L. Wilson. I feel that my son has endured “legal???” child abuse at the hands of these two. I want my son freed so he can be with his mom before she dies.
Editor’s Note: The nightmare with Judge Marci Goodman began in late 2001 and continued as a pattern of human rights violations and abuse of power until January 2009. Some posts appear under the year 2009 due to a website rebuild, but the record of what happened truly stretches back to 2001.
Let me start by saying this is a matter of my opinion based on what I have seen Judge Marci L. Goodman put my son and my family through, but this is not my opinion and my opinion alone. I had a myspace page dedicated to my cause, but out of the blue my freedom of speech rights were snatched out from under me, when I posted the following review on Judge Goodman on a courthouse forums website:
This judge is malicious, barbaric, spiteful, and far from impartial. She has abused my above average, perfect child, and turned him into an emotionally handicapped, withdrawn shell of who he once was.
She has no concern for truth, justice and the American way, no sir its just lies, injustice and Judge Judge Marci Goodman’s way. She has taken my child away from the only loving environment he’s ever known, away from his mother and his father.
I feel that she is a control freak, dictator and child abuser. She makes terroristic threats to children. She told my eleven year baby boy that she would “put him in jail with kids that would beat him up and/or rape him.”
She told him this knowing that someone had attempted to rape him at 8. Fortunately he was tough, fast, strong. She mentally abuses and tortures children, and then admonishes them for failing in a system that is set up for nothing but failure.
It is some weird psychological torture game she plays for her own sick entertainment. If I did half the things to my child that she has done to him, I wouldn’t have custody of him. But when she does it it’s legal???? I don’t get it, my child has been punished for almost 3 years over a bike he took when he was 9. But she can abuse my child and no one is coming to arrest her.
I know criminals who have committed far worse crimes (manslaughter, stabbings, robberies, etc) that have done far less time. My child, now marked a felon, has done his time. Just let him be free to be with his Mom before she dies.
The truth of the matter is that my 9 year old took a bike and was acting out due to separation anxiety from his Mom who was recovering from a drug addiction.
His Mom who has gone from being a stone cold junkie to a clean, sober student with 4.0 GPA. She has been clean for 2.5 years and just wants back into her son’s life before its too late.
Judge Goodman can’t stand happy endings. She approves and then denies contact with mom over and over again, despite the advice of the psychologists she appoints to evaluate my son, and then she wonders why he acts out???
Even puppies have separation anxiety. The system has failed this child over and over again, and if anything Goodman is creating a future criminal not rehabilitating a child with some emotional problems.
Will someone please pull Judge Marci Goodman down from her God Trip before she destroys my son!!!

Within a day or so of posting this on my myspace.com page at http://www.myspace.com/trees_2112 It was taken down without explanation along with all the photos of my son and his mother. I feel this was a direct attempt to censor my freedom of speech.

I am so sorry for what your going through! There are no words to say for this injustice! My family too is going through what your are. My name is Jessica Rodriguez. I am starting a campaign to abolish DCFS and all it’s evil entities. Please join me and my cause. I want to round up and as many people as possible to fight this horrible system. how can this be allowed to happen to a child of nine, this is serious abuse by a country that supposedly prides itself on its democracy and justice… I am disgusted
