County personnel celebrate their own children on the public dais. Evelyn’s children were catastrophically severed.
This is David and Goliath before the fight is over: County power towers in the center, while Evelyn — the real mother — is pushed to the edge in shock. Her image comes from a real video still as she ran out of the courtroom after her children were severed from her.
We are not standing here over a zoning dispute, a broken road, parking meters, or an impounded car.
This County did not take property from us. You took human life from our family.
You took children. You severed a living mother from her babies. You separated grandchildren from an approved grandfather. You kept them from their great-grandmother until she died.
We are not asking you to fix a road. We are asking you to return children.
No one in this family committed a crime.
Not Evelyn. Not the grandfather. Not the newborn twin siblings. Not the great-grandmother, who died before Malaika and Xayah could ever come home.
So why is the entire family being punished?
The family did not commit the crimes.
The crimes were committed against the family — by child welfare, the guardian ad litem system, County Counsel, and the courts that let it happen.
Malaika and Xayah had food, shelter, clothing, medical care, love, family, culture, siblings, and an RFA-approved grandfather ready to care for them.
Malaika and Xayah were stolen from their family and are still being held under child welfare tyranny.
These children were severed from everyone who loves them.
Now these children are being psychologically and emotionally traumatized by a system that ignores the evidence, ignores the bond, ignores the family, ignores the expert warning, and ignores the screams of children who wanted their mother,grandfather and real family.
We begged San Diego County to intervene.
We begged you to stop the retaliation, the child welfare fraud, the County fraud, and the guardian ad litem abuse.
You walked out.
Malaika and Xayah have newborn twin siblings they have never even been allowed to see.
This is government power being used for vengeance against an entire family.
San Diego County took something from us that can never be replaced.
You stole their childhood. You stole their happiness. You stole ordinary days, birthdays, bedtime, family, siblings, safety, and home.
You took human life, love, family, time, childhood, motherhood, grandfatherhood, siblinghood, and generations that can never be given back.
This was not a mistake. It was hatred dressed up as procedure — retaliation against a family that exposed the fraud and refused to go silent. San Diego County did not just separate children; it used government power to punish an entire blood family in broad daylight.

Judge Devon L Lomayesva: Confirmed Child Trafficker/Abuser
“There is no greater sin than stealing children from a loving parent and calling it child protection.”
SDSU says Judge Devon L. Lomayesva “follows her heart to make a difference.” In our case, that heart was absent. She made the most devastating ruling a dependency judge can make: permanently severing a living mother from bonded children while ignoring the trauma this system created. This judge demonstrated reckless disregard for human life.
A judge is supposed to judge. In the Robinson-Lopez case, the court rubber-stamped the Agency, County Counsel, and the guardian ad litem while the children’s bond, trauma, screams, and expert warning were ignored.
That is not justice. That is government machinery protecting itself.
Judge Devon L. Lomayesva, County Counsel Marissa Louise Walter, Nicole McConn, Lisa Haight, Norma Olivares, Ronald Rivas Silverio, Ashlee Purnell, David Miller, Nicole Montzingo-Avila, Gizel Aquino. Melissa Sanchez, Crystal Felusme, Chantal Hill, Kathleen Montiel (Kat), Judge Alexander Calero, Judge Michael Pulos, Judge Gary Bubis, Judge Alejandro Morales and many more committed the most morally depraved act government actors and collaborators can commit: they pushed the permanent severing of Malaika and Xayah Robinson from their loving mother, Evelyn Lopez, and their blood family through government corruption, court-record fraud, retaliation, and the child-trafficking term “adoptable.”
It is time for lawmakers to make sure what happened to Malaika and Xayah is never allowed to happen again. Put Malaika and Xayah into law.
We demand the harshest lawful penalty — including the death penalty where the law allows — for anyone who steals children, buries sexual abuse, fixes cases, lies in court records, abuses power, and destroys innocent children and families.
“Families should thrive,” Terra Lawson-Remer wrote.
Then why are Malaika and Xayah still severed from their mother, grandfather, newborn twin siblings, and blood family?
San Diego County does not support families when those families expose child welfare fraud.
It punishes them.
