What San Diego County is doing to Malaika and Xayah and our family is institutionalized human savagery

Mayor Todd Gloria was formally placed on notice regarding what our family has documented in the case of Malaika and Xayah. In a written demand dated July 29, 2026, I asked him to use his public office to call for transparency and accountability and to support an independent federal investigation conducted outside San Diego County and outside the State of California. The letter details our documented concerns involving retaliation, false narratives, misuse of taxpayer funds, destruction of family bonds, and the continuing harm to Malaika and Xayah.
