What San Diego County is doing to Malaika and Xayah and our family is institutionalized human savagery

There is a pattern under Governor Gavin Newsom: judges appointed by his administration preside over child-welfare cases and rubber-stamp Child Welfare’s reports, accusations, and demands while families are torn apart, children scream for their families, and parents are crushed by the system. In our case, every judge involved was appointed by Newsom. We are documenting what we see as a statewide pattern of Newsom-appointed child-trafficking judges enabling the destruction of families instead of protecting them.

Governor Gavin Newsom and the State of California have been placed on notice. Our family repeatedly demanded independent state intervention into what San Diego County has done to Malaika and Xayah, including the retaliation, destruction of family bonds, termination of parental rights, and continuing harm documented throughout this record. The letters, recordings, reports, medical records, court records, and contradictions have been preserved. If California continues refusing to confront what happened here, that record will not disappear—it will follow the State into civil-rights litigation and federal scrutiny. Newsom’s office cannot say it was never warned.
