We are demanding an independent examination of the public money flowing through San Diego County’s child-welfare system while Malaika and Xayah remain separated from their family. Follow the money. Examine the funding, foster-care payments, contractors, behavioral-health services, placements, and financial incentives. Examine what our family has documented as retaliation, contradictory reporting, institutional self-protection, and fraud, waste, and abuse. Malaika and Xayah are not government property or revenue streams. Audit it. Expose it. Help bring Malaika and Xayah home.
