BURN NOTICE: PUT ON NOTICE — CONGRESSWOMAN SARA JACOBS
What San Diego County is doing to Malaika and Xayah and our family is institutionalized human savagery
Congresswoman Sara Jacobs’s office was contacted for help while Malaika and Xayah’s family is fighting their continued separation and retaliation by San Diego County and fighting to bring them home. Her office returned the call quickly, only to tell me that the congressional office did not have oversight. I challenged that response directly. I literally asked her representative, “Are you complicit in child trafficking?” That is how serious the situation had become, and how unacceptable I found an elected representative’s office attempting to end the conversation with “no oversight” while our family was desperately demanding intervention and accountability.
On August 6, 2026, Jacobs was placed on notice again in writing. The letter made clear that this was not simply a county administrative dispute. It specifically raised federal civil-rights protections, federal child-welfare funding, Title IV-E, DOJ, HHS, the Administration for Children and Families, and the HHS Office of Inspector General, and asked her office to make federal referrals and congressional inquiries.
No elected representative needs direct control over a county agency to listen, ask questions, request answers, make referrals, or demand accountability when a family reports that government power and federal taxpayer money are being abused. Sara Jacobs was asked to act. The record now shows she was put on notice.

HELL AWAITS THOSE WHO DESTROY CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. TO THE SAN DIEGO PREDATORS WHO DID THIS TO OUR FAMILY — YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
