Elizabeth Hernandez has been put on notice. San Diego County approved Malaika and Xayah’s grandfather as family, then turned around and helped drive a campaign built on retaliation, manufactured narratives, and the destruction of those same family bonds. The record includes the RFA history, the “temporary hold,” the false and shifting accusations, the appeals, the certified notices, and the evidence showing what happened after this family refused to be silenced. That record is preserved. The contradictions are preserved. The retaliation is preserved. This does not end inside San Diego County. The family is preparing to take this fight into federal court.
