Burn Notice: You Have Been Put on Notice

What San Diego County is doing to Malaika and Xayah and our family is institutionalized human savagery

SINCE TAKING OFFICE JANUARY 2, 2023, SHERIFF KELLY A. MARTINEZ HAS LED SAN DIEGO COUNTY’S TOP LAW-ENFORCEMENT AGENCY WHILE OUR FAMILY CONTINUES DOCUMENTING RETALIATION, WRONGFUL TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS, CATASTROPHIC HARM TO MALAIKA, XAYAH, AND THEIR FAMILY, CHILD-WELFARE FRAUD, ABUSE OF POWER, AND VIOLATIONS OF FIRST AND FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS. THE RECORD ALSO SHOWS NORMA OLIVARES WORKING IN ALIGNMENT WITH THE AGENCY FROM THE BEGINNING WHILE OUR FAMILY WAS PUSHED OUT, SILENCED, AND PUNISHED FOR SPEAKING. THREE LETTERS TO SHERIFF MARTINEZ ARE POSTED BELOW, INCLUDING A FORMAL DEMAND FOR ACTION. THE EVIDENCE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. WHERE IS THE INVESTIGATION? WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY? WHO IS SHERIFF MARTINEZ PROTECTING?

Under Sheriff Kelly A. Martinez’s command, law enforcement did not protect Malaika and Xayah’s family from the machinery tearing them apart. At the Spring Valley Sheriff’s Station, Malaika and Xayah stood holding pink “I LOVE MOM” signs—and the response was to continue enforcing their separation while protecting the officials and private actors driving it. That is not “serve and protect.” That is institutional failure. A sheriff’s badge should represent protection of the vulnerable—not protection of a system carrying out retaliation, family destruction, and catastrophic harm to children and the family fighting to bring them home.

HELL AWAITS THOSE WHO DESTROY CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. TO THE SAN DIEGO PREDATORS WHO DID THIS TO OUR FAMILY — YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

Anyone who kidnaps someone is to be put to death, whether the victim has been sold or is still in the kidnapper’s possession. Exodus 21:16

They try to silence Malaika and Xayah’s loving grandfather through harassment, intimidation, courtroom tactics, threats, and a three-year restraining order. They failed. I refuse to be intimidated, I refuse to be silenced, and I refuse to stop fighting for my granddaughters. Instead, they created a larger evidence trail—recordings, messages, reports, court records, and documented contradictions—a trail that continues to grow as our family prepares to take this fight into federal court.
