They call it the “Child and Family Strengthening Advisory Board.” Quite a name for a system that has strengthened strangers’ control while tearing apart Malaika and Xayah’s family bonds and allowing documented catastrophic harm to continue despite those responsible knowing exactly what these girls have been suffering.
