SAN DIEGO’S MOST GROTESQUE MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE AGAINST CHILDREN, FAMILIES, SENIORS AND ELDERLY DEPENDENTS, COMMITTED BY CHILD WELFARE, GUARDIAN AD LITEM, COUNTY COUNSEL AND THE DEPENDENCY COURTS
District Attorney Summer Stephan has been put on notice repeatedly. These are only three of roughly half a dozen letters and follow-up demands I have sent asking her office to examine what is happening to Malaika and Xayah and our family. Her own words are: “Silence just allows the perpetrators to continue.” That is exactly why I keep writing. I am a grandfather being subjected to ongoing emotional torment because I cannot see my granddaughters, while our family continues asking the same office for help. EGREGIOUS MISCONDUCT, ABUSE OF POWER, AND A GROTESQUE MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE CANNOT BE MET WITH SILENCE. Silence and inaction are no longer acceptable.
