TRAVEL ADVISORY — San Diego Child Trafficking Network (CTN)
STOP CHILD TRAFFICKING
MAKE MALAIKA AND XAYAH SAFE AGAIN — BRING THEM HOME
Burn Notice: Jennifer Troya
Director, California Department of Social Services
What San Diego County is doing to Malaika and Xayah and our family is institutionalized human savagery.
Jennifer Troya was sent a formal demand for immediate intervention detailing our family’s documented claims of fraud, case-fixing, retaliation, fabricated reporting, abuse of authority, constitutional violations, destruction of family bonds, and catastrophic harm inflicted across generations — from children and parents to grandparents and great-grandparents.
The demand specifically called for California to stop allowing San Diego County to investigate itself, preserve the evidence, examine the recordings and reports, review the retaliation and placement decisions, and intervene before more damage is done. Jennifer Troya has been told exactly what is happening. What she does with that knowledge is now part of the record.
And while California decides whether to act, our family is already preparing to take this straight down Federal Avenue.
