What San Diego County is doing to Malaika and Xayah and our family is institutionalized human savagery
County Counsel, you have been placed on notice for family destruction, abuse of power, and a campaign of terror against Malaika, Xayah, and the Robinson-Lopez family.
COUNTY COUNSEL IS NOW ON NOTICE. Our family has preserved an extensive evidence trail documenting false statements, retaliatory acts, abuse of power, suppression of protected speech, interference with family relationships, concealment and distortion of material facts, and conduct that helped sever Malaika and Xayah from their mother and family. Federal civil-rights law provides remedies when government actors violate constitutional rights under color of law, including through 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Federal criminal law also addresses willful deprivation of federal rights under color of law under 18 U.S.C. § 242, knowingly false or concealed material statements in matters within federal jurisdiction under 18 U.S.C. § 1001, and falsification, concealment, or destruction of records intended to obstruct a federal matter under 18 U.S.C. § 1519.
The First Amendment protects the right to speak, publish, protest, petition government, and criticize public officials. The Fourteenth Amendment protects due process and fundamental family relationships. If protected speech was punished, evidence was manipulated or concealed, official reports were knowingly false, or government power was used to destroy family bonds without lawful justification, those are not merely bad decisions. They are matters for civil-rights review, federal scrutiny, and potential litigation.
The record exists. The recordings exist. The messages exist. The reports exist. The contradictions exist. The evidence trail exists. County Counsel can no longer claim ignorance.

They try to silence Malaika and Xayah’s loving grandfather through harassment, intimidation, courtroom tactics, threats, and a three-year restraining order. They failed. I refuse to be intimidated, I refuse to be silenced, and I refuse to stop fighting for my granddaughters. Instead, they created a larger evidence trail—recordings, messages, reports, court records, and documented contradictions—a trail that continues to grow as our family prepares to take this fight into federal court.
