David Miller, San Diego County’s Most Dangerous Child-Welfare Power Abuser
David Miller represents the ugliest form of government abuse: a government predator, psychological terrorist, case fixer, retaliatory social worker, liar, fraud, abuser of public power, and architect of family destruction. His actions helped turn a system that was supposed to reunify Malaika and Xayah with their family into an engine of separation, retaliation, and catastrophic trauma. He manipulated reports, moved targets, distorted the record, applied psychological pressure to Evelyn Lopez, retaliated against protected speech, and helped keep our girls trapped inside the very system that claimed to protect them. His actions need to be investigated at the federal level, prosecuted wherever the evidence supports criminal charges, and punished with the strongest lawful penalties available.
